Histoware Prefilled Specimen Containers

Caplugs Evergreen Histoware™ line features multiple capacity screw-cap vials prefilled with 10% buffered formalin. Each size of prefilled vials contains half the nominal capacity of preservative. Unlike polystyrene containers, Histoware™ vials are completely shatterproof if accidentally dropped. Histoware™ vials are nearly transparent and virtually unbreakable.

• Combination of special processing trays and the widemouth vial openings permits easy loading of biopsy tissues and histological samples in operating rooms and quick access to specimens in the pathology lab
• Processing trays for 20 mL and 30 mL prefilled vials are available separately
• Empty Histoware vials with caps are also available
